The most special day in the world is the wedding between yourself and the one you love. Proper planning and organizing will help this day to be the best it can be. Within the fray of the hundreds of things going through your mind one of them is whether to rent or buy your tuxedo. To rent or buy, how do you decide?
To make the decision on whether you should either buy or rent your tux for your wedding there are some things that you need to consider. Take all of these things into consideration and your decision will be an easier one.
How often are you going to wear the tuxedo?
This is probably the most important factor on whether or not you should buy or rent your tuxedo. Think about how much use you will get out of the tuxedo whether you are the groom or just in the wedding party. Most likely you will not be using a tuxedo a whole lot, so renting is the best choice.
Since this will most likely be a one time renting get the entire set-up; the bow tie, cummerbund, shirt, pants, jacket and shoes. This can run you from $80 to $100, which is much more affordable then purchasing a tuxedo.
Things do happen
Another really important thing to keep in mind is that if you decide to buy a tuxedo, you have to think about the chances of you being the exact same size a few years after the event. Renting is your best option because as you wear your tuxedo years later it will need to be altered and that cost money.
If you have plans of losing weight, then you may want to wait until you reach your goal before purchasing a tuxedo if you just have to buy one.
More to consider
Purchasing a tuxedo will suit that man who is deeply into the latest fashion. Rather than renting it if you buy it you will have a fantastic piece of fashion for a lifetime it that is what is important to you.
Deciding to purchase your tux results in you wearing higher quality materials, than the ones which are usually found in rental stores. The highest grade of wool must be bought to ensure you have the most luxurious tuxedo you can afford. You can also decide to buy only part of the ensemble and then renting the other things that you need.

The clerk smiled as she gave directions up to the lingerie department. She complimented her antique engagement ring. The shopper smiled as she got on the escalator up to the lingerie department on the third floor.
On the third floor the lingerie was displayed on mannequins. She walked over to the stacks on the tables and began going through them. White garments in her size were on the third table. She was searching for just the right stuff for her wedding trip.
But then she spotted the swim suits. She grabbed three white bikinis. I deserve a few new swimsuits for my honeymoon trip she thought to herself. She bought a blue suit as well.
I am so glad I worked out at the gym she reminisced as she thought of how she would look in her swimsuits. She had more shopping to do. Everything fit perfectly she thought. She paid for the bikinis she chose and went to the lingerie department. She thought of John and the wedding as she went through the piles of white garments. She bought a long white gown and two short ones after trying them on in the dressing room.
Her arms are now filled with bags of purchases. She stops to look at purses. She had a pearl white evening bag to wear on her wedding day. She found a pale green hobo bag that was perfect for the hot days of her honeymoon. She purchased it immediately.
Then she remembered she needed some shorts and tank tops for the island wear. She picked up some white jeans and a couple pair of shorts too. I need blouses too. She headed for the table full of shirts for girls. She tried them on and they matched the other clothes perfectly.
Now she was thirsty. There was a restaurant right across from the department store. Plopping into a booth she sat back and enjoyed the air conditioning as she looked at the menu.
One salad and iced tea was all she ordered when the waitress came over. She made a mental note to eat cheeseburgers and fries after the honeymoon. Her diet was strict for now though.
Now that she had been to the bridal shop for her last fitting she had to maintain her weight. The gown will fit perfectly if she does. She visualized the long train on the lovely gown. She drank the last of her coke as she thought of John. The waitress asked if she wanted dessert. She said no and paid the check.
She hummed the wedding march on her way to the car and as she drove home. She had many things to do before the wedding. As she walked into the house, she saw the sun flashing on her antique engagement ring. She ran in the house to show her mother all the new garments. She shouted out that she had found all the clothes she needed.
