U can go with any colors you want at any time of the year….you don’t need to stick with seasonal colors

MY WEDDING IS LABOR DAY WEEKEND! I SET THE DATE,,,,MORE PEOPLE FROM FARTHER AWAY CAN COME BECAUSE THERE IS AN EXTRA VACATION DAY IN THERE! WE ARE USING LIME GREEN, HOT PINK, YELLOW, ORANGE, AND BRIGHT PURPLE AS OUR COLORS AND CARRYING BIG GERBERA DAISYS. WE ALSO HAVE ALL BRIGHT COLORED DAISY CENTERPIECES AND CANDLES FOR ALL OF THE TABLES. WE BOUGHT COOL STRINGS OF PATIO LIGHTS TO USE AROUND THE BAR AREA AND UNDER THE BIG TENTS. ITS AN OUTDOOR WEDDING AND RECEPTION! LABOR DAY IS STILL SUMMERTIME, SO GO WITH FUN SUMMER COLORS! WE ALSO LIVE 3O MILES FROM HOTELS AND SO WE ARE OFFERING CAMPING TO OUR GUESTS ON OUR 5 ACRES OF LAND. —WHICH IS FREE TO OUR GUESTS! OUR WEDDING FAVORS TO EACH PERSON ARE A LITTLE BIG OF WILDFLOWER SEEDS WITH A CARD ATTACHED TO IT SAYING "JOSHUA AND JENNY SEPT 1, 2007, LOVE GROWS! THANK YOU FOR SHARING OUR DAY WITH US!" ITS SUMMERY, CHEAP, AND CUTE!—AND MATCHES THE THEME OF FLOWERS. CLOSER TO THE WEDDING, WE ARE PLANTING 50 BRIGHT COLORED MUMS AROUND AND BLENDING THEM IN WITH ALL OF THE DAISY STUFF! YOU DO WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY! BUT I THINK ITS A GREAT WEEKEND AND YOU GET LONGER TIME OFF WORK TO SPEND WITH YOUR NEW HUSBAND. ONE WHOLE DAY MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE!

ugh! why have a "theme" wedding? they are very trendy right now, and wont be popular 10, years from now. just go wth what you like and dont worry about "themes"

You don’t have to have any THEME! Have a wedding that you want to have. I can remember growing up going to many, many weddings (like 5 a year – large family!) and no one had a ‘theme’. You can have whatever colors you want, some are more appropriate for certain times of the year than others, but there are no rules that say if it’s May you have to have pastels, or December & February is red.

If you want a theme it doesn’t have to be tied to anything other than what you want it to be. If you want a massive amount of flowers – there’s a theme. If you want to use fairytale or medieval items, those are non-seasonal. Like I said, have whatever makes you happy.

you dont have to do fall themed wedding you can do whatever you want, and since your having it around labor day then I would do something relaxing because that is what labor day is…it is a holiday to give the working man a day of rest…that is what i would do…relaxing..like soft colors…in a relaxing enviroment. I got married on September 4th last year! Labor Day! And my colors weren't fall exactly! I had light pink and maroon! With lots of roses! It was beautiful!!
