Hello,

My fiancee and I are getting married on September 4th of this year. We’re having our wedding outdoors on a beach. The reception will take place in a fair sized hall at the location of the wedding.

I am trying to plan some fairly fun events for after the reception. I went to a friend’s wedding this weekend and they had a photo corner set up during the dance, which was held following the reception dinner. There was props and costumes and the photographer would take pictures of random guests in crazy outfits letting loose and having a great time. It was the most fun wedding I’ve ever been to and I want my wedding to be the same for my guests.

Any ideas?

One of the cutest things I’ve seen at a wedding was a very large blank canvas, and next to it was a note that said "you have all left a mark on our lives, we would be honored if you left a mark in our living room." And each person would paint a vertical stripe choosing from a variety of colors that matched their house. The next month when I was over for dinner I felt special seeing my blue stripe above their mantle. The photo booths can be very fun too! Congratulations and good luck on your big day!
