You could use mini tiki torches with mini adirondack chairs around your buffet.
Take a large beach towel and cut into little beach towels and add small beach umbrellas.
You can uee small surboards and stand them up in sand in a bowl as a table card nolder
Make small bonfires out of rocks with battery operated candles and broken wood over
Use driftwood and seaweed for a different look
References :
wedding professional

Beach theme leaves you a few ways on how to go. Nautical inspired, Cape Code inspired with wicker and distressed look, tropical or more Key West inspired, or the black lava beaches.

Do you have a picture of what you want your centerpieces to look like? What the tables look like? Your bridesmaids dresses? I find the bridesmaids dresses to be the easiest to get a "feel" of the wedding. If not that, at least a picture of the cake.

Besides a centerpiece, how else do you decorate a table? Or are you referring to the gift table and the head table? I took the flowers from the alter at the church. That went in the center of my buffet table. The bridesmaids bouquets are usually on the head table, end to end.

What are your favors? Often those decorate that table well enough and you won't need anything else. If they are small or non-decorative (like pens), use something that follows the theme like a bucket and shovel or larger shells.

I had a tropical theme so I used hibiscus flowers and stargazer lilies in a scattered haphazard way across the tables. I was at a wedding Memorial Day weekend that used miniature tiki torches, starfish tied to it with raffeta.
