Warning statements about medical and health conditions such as  heart attacks or strokes appear to be showing up all over our television these days.  Television and radio ads show us what to do if we feel dizziness, passing out, tingling sensations, and so on.  However, very seldom will we hear an ad breaking down common anxiety symptoms, which is rather uncaring considering a lot of people go through them and are very confused by them.

If you exeprience these anxiety symptoms on a regular basis, and especially if they tend to show up for no reason, you should probably speak to your doctor.  Initially, you might want to rule out the potential of it being a heart attack or something that dangerous.  After that, he or she can prescribe drugs or therapy that could help you live with the anxiety symptoms while at the same time working with you to ascertain why you are stressed and anxious to begin with.  You may have some chemical abnormalities in the brain or may need to learn some new positive techniques on how to mentally process a situation so that you’ll be able to side step the onset of a panic attack before it gets really bad.

I have some brilliant memories of my wedding day, even though it was back in the late 80’s.

Naturally we keep a lot of memories in our brain, but ultimately the photos of the wedding are the important part of the day and they will always be a constant reminder.   I certainly cherish my photos, even more so as many of my relatives are sadly no longer alive, so it is wonderful to look at pictures of happier times when we were all together.

At the time of our wedding, we called upon the services of a Brighton Photographer.   His portfolio was absolutely magnificent and he certainly knew his angles!

I know I am biased but I honestly believe he was the best Sussex Wedding Photographer we could have chosen.  Of course, perhaps it could be something to do with the fact that he had such brilliant people to photograph that his photos turned out so well!

As soon as met our photographer, I knew instantly that he was the right person for the job as he was on my wavelength and I instinctively knew he would do a great job.

I’m not a flouncy person, and didn’t want a load of photos that didn’t really represent the true me.   I wanted honest pictures taken from the heart and that is just what he delivered. 

I have some amazing photographs from the day.   I must admit though that looking back at our photographs, I cannot believe how much fashion has moved on.   Not only fashion, but hairstyles are so different now. All those years ago when I got hitched, clothing was really in your face and big hair was in fashion.   I really don’t know what my mum was thinking of when she chose her bright purple outfit.   She was dressed from top to toe in purple and had even got some purple flowers put in her hair. Mum looked absolutely fantastic though and now that she is sadly no longer with us, her pictures are even more important to me.

Of course, not all photographers are good and I suppose given the fact that some of them specialise in commercial photography, it can’t always be easy taking good pictures. At least when people are photographed, you can get them to pull faces, what can you honestly do to make a building look better?

Television and the media seem to report every day about a celebrity couple breaking up after a brief marriage. All we read about is the sad state of affairs that US marriages are currently in. But is it really true that everyone gets divorced? Are the majority of children the victims of divorce?

In America divorce rate falls to 3.6 per 1000 people in 2005. From an all-time high of 4.7 per 1000 persons in 1990, this was deemed the lowest ever since 1970. In America 63% of children are growing with both biological parents in 2005.

At this time marriage rate has come down to 7.8 per 1000 people in 2004 to 7.5 per 1000 people in 2005. 59 percent of the population is married and 10 percent of the population is divorced. Statistics reveal that 52 percent of marriage last as long as 15 years, 65 per cent of couple could prolong it for a decade and as high as 82 percent of marriages last for only 5 years.

What do these statistics really mean? Nowadays many children are living in broken homes but it is not the case with majority of United States children. This percentage does not compare well to that in other modern countries which is a cause for concern.

The statistics also show that a large majority of marriages last at least 5 years. Most people do try to make their marriage succeed. They believe in their oaths deeply, which is glue enough to keep them together. And more people are staying together than have in recent history.

No Fault divorce is a concept prevalent for around four decades. This concept became popular in a hurry. This is regarded as a fashion model, making it more popular. Now it has been accepted as part of the mainstream and is not just being used because it is popular.

The statistics tells not all marriages fails in America. There are lots of happily married couples in this country. A marriage is more than a certificate that has been signed by an official. This is not a binding force for the couple. A true marriage is in the hands of person’s mind, body and soul. The unification of a couple cannot be destroyed by simply tearing up the document used to signify said union. Perhaps this is why a large portion of the population is unmarried.

People no longer marry hurriedly and prefer to wait and watch before their marriage. They may be spending more time with their fiance’s, because they are not getting married at such a young age. This allows two people to merge their mind body and soul together. Their marriage will improve, in addition to not becoming just another statistical example of marriage failure.
